We're building an ecosystem for fans to experience that feeling in the digital realm. MFL is a unique Web3 Football management game that allows you to fully own unique assets as an Agent or a Club Owner.
Just like in the real footballing world, you'll be able to:
• Represent players as their Agent. Find the best club for them and negotiate contracts on their behalf.
• Grab a Club License and get building! Design your logo and kits, and name your very own football Club.
• Manage every aspect of your Club's operations. Recruit players, conduct trades, and enter your team in competitions.
• Coach your team. Define tactics ahead of matches and play a role in your players' development via training.

Mathurin Blouin: Visionary of the MFL ecosystem. Mathurin has several years of experience in the sports industry and product development. He was in charge of product development for Unibet, a high growth and high traffic product (300K+ monthly active users). He is also the CEO of LineMeUp a SAAS product in the fantasy sports industry. Mathurin is a PSG Fan.
Yann Uzel: CTO of the project. Yann has worked for several years as a CTO or Full-stack developer for various startups such as GamersCoach, Montrium, LYL Website… He co-founded LineMeUp with Mathurin. He is an Olympique Lyonnais and a Juninho fan.
Karl Thyer: Illustrator and artist of the MFL players & ecosystem. Karl has strong references in the football industry such as Liverpool Football Club, The Premier League, B/R Football, BBC Match of the Day mag… He has Liverpool in the veins.
Lucas: Lucas is MFL's Community Manager. He is a sport-loving web3 enthusiast with a background in operations and marketing within the hospitality, tourism, and gaming industries. Yet another Frenchman, but one who has found a home on the other side of the world, Lucas joins the team to assist with our community management and growth efforts. Lucas is a broken-hearted but loyal AS Saint-Etienne fan.
As a player Agent, you represent your players in contract negotiations. When you reach an agreement with a Club, you will earn a share of the club’s rewards.
If you'd like to build your very own Club, the first thing you'll need is a Club License. These assets allow you to build and design the Club of your dreams, and can be found at https://ongaia.com/mflclubs
Yes! Players are dynamic assets that evolve and follow different career arcs depending on their characteristics and interactions with MFL users. They rely on their Agents and Club Owners to train, develop, find a club, and negotiate contracts.
Players can even move over to higher rarity tiers if their OVERALL rating increases enough
LEGENDARY: 85+
RARE: 75-84
UNCOMMON: 65-74
COMMON: 0-64
However, each player has a maximum overall that he can reach, ranging from 0-99, named potential. This attribute is hidden and cannot be uncovered by anyone.
One last thing: MFL players are not immune to the marching of time. A player's age increases by one year after each season. Performance begins to degrade past a certain age, which is largely determined by their LONGEVITY rating, which is also hidden.
